The following are the list of Rules and Regulations for becoming a member of USIntegration PayLive™ and are designed to protect all parties involved.

1. Your company ships the products or provides the service to the customer.
2. Your company provides the information about the products or services on the company website.
3. Your company is licensed to sell the products or services.
4. Your company does not sell pyramid memberships, phone minutes, digital cash, wagering pools, lottery tickets, pirating tools, hacking tools, spamming tools, false ID tools, password lists, or address lists.
5. Your products or services are legal in all states, provinces, and countries where you accept customers.
6. Customers will make the payments. Clients agree not to place the orders on behalf of the customers.
7. Your product prices are displayed in US dollars.
8. Your company will administrate telephone, fax, or mail payments internally. PayLive™ is used exclusively for Web-Based payments.
9. Your company agrees to the terms of the USIntegration, Inc. PayLive™ Client Agreement.

Failure to abide by the rules will result in immediate termination of your account.
