The following are the list of Rules and Regulations for becoming a member of USIntegration PayLive and are designed to protect all parties involved.
- Your company ships the products or provides the service to the customer.
- Your company provides the information about the products or services on the company website.
- Your company is licensed to sell the products or services.
- Your company does not sell pyramid memberships, phone minutes, digital cash, wagering pools, lottery tickets, pirating tools, hacking tools, spamming tools, false ID tools, password lists, or address lists.
- Your products or services are legal in all states, provinces, and countries where you accept customers.
- Customers will make the payments. Clients agree not to place the orders on behalf of the customers.
- Your product prices are displayed in US dollars.
- Your company will administrate telephone, fax, or mail payments internally. PayLive is used exclusively for Web-Based payments.
- Your company agrees to the terms of the USIntegration, Inc. PayLive Client Agreement.
Failure to abide by the rules will result in immediate termination of your account.
